The houe delima

See the house up above--that was our house we bought back in 1995. We have been trying to sell it since January of 2008. In September last year we decided to step out in faith and go ahead and move back to our home town that John and I grew up so we changed our listing from "for sale" to "for sale or lease". Well God provided a buyer the very day we picked up the keys to our new fabulous rent house. God is so faithful to provide! The people who are buying our house were transferred from another state and the mans company is suppose to buy out their house. The buy out has taken forever and it looked like everything was going to go through so we put in an offer on this house......Way back in November and it was accepted with a scheduled closing of December 1, but the buy out for "B and C's" house has not gone through as it's been one delay after another. The builder of our house that we want to buy has been very patient and has kept pushing everything back month after month. Everything looked like we were going to close tomorrow despite the fact that" B and C " still haven't had their house bought out yet. They got a letter from the buy out company stating they would buy their old house and cashed out their 401K to pay for closing cost and everything was a green light until this morning.

The rug feels like it has been pulled out and once again I'm reminded that Satan has come to try and steal, kill ,and destroy, something from us. This morning "B and C" got devestating news that they couldn't close with the mortgage company they had planed with and was preapproved by over four months ago. They have to look for a new mortgage company and pray they get financing.

In the mean time the fabulous model home we are renting has been sold and we will have to move in 2.5 weeks so we need PRAYERS!!!

Please pray for favor for "B and C" to get financing ASAP
Favor for us with the builder of our house we want to buy
And that it all gets done ASAP so we don't have to move to another rental and turn right around and move again in a month or two!

Moving is extremely hard on our youngest son,Braden, as he had just moved with his foster mom the month before we came to Korea to take him home. He was 18 months old at the time we adopted him and so remembers very well that moving means losing the only mom you have ever remembered. When we moved to our rental he had a difficult time so we really only want to move ONCE!
